Business and investment Opportunity

Option 1:

Building and equipment owned by Touchfreecarwash.co.uk.

If a businessperson has a suitable location for the new Smart 360 Laserwash, Touchfreecarwash.co.uk will supply and install the building, the new Smart 360 Laserwash and all other equipment at no cost. Touchfreecarwash.co.uk owns the building, the new Smart 360 Laserwash and all other equipment. The businessperson does not pay for anything; he/she is only required to supply a suitable 200 amp 3-phase power supply, a 2 inch telephone duct, suitable 2 inch fresh water supply with a minimum of 38 GPM at a minimum of 30 PSI at the point of connection to the pump station within the Laserwash control room. Suitable sewer drainage is also required where the new Smart 360 Laserwash is to be sited. In return for a suitable site location with the above services, Touchfreecarwash.co.uk will pay the business person/property holder £1.00 (One Pound Sterling) for every car that uses the new Smart 360 Laserwash. Touchfreecarwash.co.uk will also pay all water and electricity charges that the new Smart 360 Laserwash uses. Finally Touchfreecarwash will handle the servicing and maintenance of the equipment at no charge. In return the business person/property owner is required to sign a 5-year lease agreement outlining the above.

Option 2:

Building and equipment owned by the business person/property holder.

If a businessperson has a suitable location for the new Smart 360 Laserwash and wishes to purchase the building, new Smart 360 Laserwash and all other equipment then a firm quotation will be provided. With this option the building, new Smart 360 Laserwash and all other equipment will become the property of the businessperson or property holder. The businessperson pays for all the above. He/she is also required to supply a suitable 200 amp 3-phase power supply,  a 2 inch telephone duct, suitable 2 inch fresh water supply with a minimum of 38 GPM at a minimum of 30 PSI at the point of connection to the pump station within the Laserwash control room. Suitable sewer drainage is also required where the new Smart 360 Laserwash is to be sited. In return for the above, the businessperson or property holder will receive the full income from the new Smart 360 Laserwash. A Touchfreecarwash.co.uk trained technician must carry out all routine servicing, maintenance and repairs to the new Smart 360 Laserwash equipment.

Option 3:

New Smart 360 Laserwash building and equipment package owned by the Investor

If an investor would like to purchase a complete new Smart 360 Laserwash business package as a turnkey operation but does not have a suitable site location then Touchfreecarwash.co.uk will endeavor to find the investor a suitable site. Touchfreecarwash.co.uk will supply and install the building, the new Smart 360 Laserwash and all other equipment at a fixed cost. The investor will own the new Smart 360 Laserwash business package as a turnkey operation, the businessperson pays for all the above. He/she is also required to supply a suitable 200 amp 3-phase power supply,  a 2 inch telephone duct, suitable 2 inch fresh water supply with a minimum of 38 GPM at a minimum of 30 PSI at the point of connection to the pump station within the Laserwash control room. Suitable sewer drainage is also required where the new Smart 360 Laserwash is to be sited. It will be agreed that the investor will pay the property site owner £1.00 (One Pound Sterling) for every car that uses the new Smart 360 Laserwash. The investor receives the balance of the income from the business. A Touchfreecarwash.co.uk trained technician must carry out all routine servicing, maintenance and repairs to the new Smart 360 Laserwash equipment. The investor will handle all other aspects of running the business including paying for all direct costs. If the investor would like Touchfreecarwash.co.uk to run the business for them then this can be arranged for a monthly management fee. The investor will also pay all water and electricity charges that the new Smart 360 Laserwas uses. The investor and the property site owner will be required to agree to sign a 5-year lease agreement outlining the above.

The new Smart 360 Laserwash verses tunnel brush type car wash systems .

The cost of purchasing a complete new Smart 360 Laserwash system including equipment and wash bay building is less than the normal tunnel brush type car wash systems being used throughout the Uk.

Due to the unique design and construction of the new Smart 360 Laserwash it requires less maintenance and servicing. Also operating costs such as water, electricity and chemicals are also reduced. Finally, no on site attendant is required to manage and operate the new Smart 360 Laserwash. This system is fully automatic.
